Welcome to our Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering or contacting us.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent.
- Purchase Context: The page where you start checkout and, when available, the feature and page that led you to pricing. This context is stored with the checkout and payment record to understand purchases and provide support. We do not add an attribution tracking cookie or persistent anonymous visitor identifier for this purpose. Missing acquisition sources remain unrecorded.
- Photos You Upload: The photos you add on the Hotel Lobby AI and AI rap video pages, and the still and video made from them.
- Songs You Upload: On the AI rap video page, the part of a song you choose for a video made from a song.
- Device Information: Details about the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our services
- To notify you about changes to our services
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
- To monitor the usage of our services
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
Photos, Songs and Videos
For two-photo rap videos, your browser keeps the resized photos in a local draft so signing in or reloading does not require you to select them again. These drafts are not uploaded to our servers just by selecting a photo. They expire after 24 hours and expired drafts are cleared the next time you open the tool. Press Remove on a photo to clear it from the draft. Your consent is requested again after a reload.
On the Hotel Lobby AI and AI rap video pages, the photos you add are resized in your browser before they are sent, which also removes location data stored inside them. Before they go anywhere else, each photo is checked by an automated content filter (SeeAPI): for that check it is held on our own storage behind an unguessable link for the few seconds the check takes, and deleted as soon as the check finishes. Photos that pass are then sent to our video-generation provider, kie.ai, which hosts them temporarily so its image and video models (ByteDance's Seedream and Seedance, and Kuaishou's Kling for videos made from a song) can read them, and deletes them automatically — its documentation gives 24 hours. We do not keep the photos themselves.
For a video made from a song, the song is opened in your browser and only the part you choose — at most a minute — is sent, together with the photo, to kie.ai in the same way, and deleted by it in the same way. We do not keep the song or the part; a song you made on RapGen stays in your library as before.
We keep the staged still and the finished video in your account, visible only to you, so you can watch and download them. To have them deleted, contact us. We do not use your photos, songs, stills or videos to train models or to identify anyone.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.
