Share links
When you ask for a link to a song or a piece of writing, we publish that item at a public address that anyone holding the link can open. You are responsible for what you choose to share and for whom you send it to. Shared pages are not reviewed before they go live. If a shared page names or targets a real person in a way that is abusive, or contains material you believe infringes your rights, email the address on our contact page with the link; we take reported pages down while we look into them, and remove pages that break these terms.
Photos of people
The Hotel Lobby AI and AI rap video tools make videos of real people from photos. Upload only photos of yourself, of adults who have agreed to appear in the video, or of animals. When you make a video from a song you upload, you must own the song or have the rights to use it that way; do not upload other artists' recordings. Do not upload photos of children, of public figures, or of anyone who has not agreed, and do not use the videos to impersonate, harass, deceive or embarrass anyone. You are responsible for having that consent. When you post a video, label it as AI-generated where the platform asks you to. We may refuse, remove or report content that breaks these rules.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
- Upload photos of children, or of anyone who has not agreed to appear in a video
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
